Im five minutes in & i think i'm gonna pass out
First time for me after work form home for covid 19 . Begin from 65 kg . i have a hardest time for my life and can do it almost 20 min . Keep going for tomorrow .

I tried this after not exercising for a long time and i managed to get it in 20 minutes only. I felt so nauseous afterwards. I don't know if i'll still use this workout to lose weight i just feel so bad after it. I guess i pushed myself too much

I’m watching it because I normally go to the gym but instead I’m doing this and it really helps ALOT
I used to have asthma but for some reason this doesn't even both my lungs, I just have horrid muscular endurance ;-;

I've tried many workout videos in the past and this is one of the few ones that I actually enjoy. I will complete this workout for at least 5 days per week, and I'll keep you's updated 🙂

Goal weight: 65kg
Day 1: I managed to complete the entire workout without many breaks, but I sweated a lot. Felt very satisfied by the end of it. Have reduced intake of sweets/sugar but still snack and eat my regular portions
Day 2: Quite sore from yesterday, but completed the workout without including additional exercises.
Truth is ,i didnt getto see the last step excercise.lol sa tunga pa lang hangak hangak na ez me😂😂
