    did we have to take our pulse in this, what is 5 movements she did, and what is something she told us to do but she didn’t actually show us physically

    Did this one a month ago and had to stop because I was too weak to finish the supine plank reach but I did it today again and was able to power through! So happy to see improvement 😭

    One thing for sure,once you start doing this workout it won’t let you down.you will be fresh and active through out the day.your head will be active and fresh to handle any situation.you can feel the youthfulness once you complete.try this out for a productive day.Being a fan of this workout over 4 years.
